Yogic, Stress Management Programs for students

1 day introductory Workshop
This is a lecture cum demonstration class of 2 hours’ duration for the understanding of our program "Yoga for IITJEE".
Participation Charges: Rs. 50

Regular Classes

  1. Weekend Program
    The students can attend the classes on a Sunday.
    Every class will be of 2 hours.
    Full Yoga class in, which all the component of stress management will be given to the participants.
    Registration charges: Rs. 200
    Monthly fees: Rs. 590

  2. Weekday Program
    This class is also 1 hour per day, 3 times a week.
    Students can take the sessions on weekdays before or after their coaching classes.
    Full Yoga class in, which all the component of stress management will be given to the participants.
    Registration: Rs. 200
    Monthly fees: Rs. 790

  3. School Workshop for students
    This class is also 1 hour
    Full Yoga class in, which all the component of stress management will be given to the participants.
    Maximum Group Size: 50
    Charges: Rs. 2500 per session
  4. School workshop for teachers

  5. This class is also 2 hour
    Full Yoga class in, which all the component of stress management will be given to the participants.
    Group size: 30
    Monthly fees: 5000 per session

Yoga Therapy:

  • Holistic health management camp using yoga, sujok-acupuncture and other non-medicinal therapies for following problems.
