Yoga is the life science and it is an ancient Indian traditional discipline. It was being practiced for the spiritual upliftment of aspirant. The word Yoga originates from the Sanskrit word "Yuj" ("to yoke") and is generally translated as "union" or "integration". According to Yoga experts, the union referred to by the name is that of the individual soul with the cosmos, or the Supreme. Therefore yoga is the process of self realization.

In this modern era yoga is becoming the means of getting healthy life apart from one’s spiritual pursuit. Yogic practices give direct and tangible benefits to everybody regardless of their spiritual aims. Yogic practice has tangible effect on physical and mental health. People from every corner of the world are suffering from different kind of physical and mental problems. There are many techniques and therapy of allied science available for combating physical and mental illness, but none of them are able to give the complete solution. Every existing Allied Sc. treatment is based on symptom and works only on the body. They are really very effective in curing acute symptoms of the body but unable to give total healthy life.

According to Yogic science every health problem has its root in the mind. If we want to solve the problem completely we need to remove its root cause from the mind. All the existing Allied Sciences are trying to solve the problem without touching the mind and hence they are unable to solve the problems completely. Here Yoga is the answer which effects body and mind equally and hence it is accepted world widely. If we combine Yogic therapy in addition to allied science treatment we will certainly solve the health problem completely.

Yoga therapy is not only useful for solving health problems but also very useful for maintaining sound health.
The system of yoga which we follow is integrated yoga belongs to Satyananda Yoga tradition (Bihar yoga tradition, Munger) .It is synthesis of RajYoga, HathaYoga, KriyaYoga, KarmaYoga and Tantra etc.
